Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping for the orders made on our website.

Shipping Methods

For US domestic shipments we use USPS and offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard): Free for all orders.
  • USPS Priority: Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s dimensions and weight.
  • USPS Priority Express: Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s dimensions and weight.

You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

For international shipping we use USPS international services.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Free for all orders, regardless of weight or size.
  • USPS Priority and Priority Express: Shipping fees are determined by the weight and dimensions of the item and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and can be added at the buyer’s request. If you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us at support@pawnshopcity.com or via "Live Chat" on our website pawnshopcity.com. Insurance coverage will protect your purchase in the event of loss or damage during transit.

Tracking Information

We provide tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also view the tracking details in your account on our website, pawnshopcity.com, under the order associated with your email.

Returns and Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, the we will provide you with a free shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service. For further information on our return policy, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

In-Store Pickup

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup for online purchases. All orders must be shipped via USPS to your designated address.

Additional Information

Please note that we do not ship certain items that may be restricted or require special handling, such as firearms. If your order contains a restricted item, we will contact you to provide additional instructions.
